Lots of people are in the CFR with widely opposing ideologies and different viewpoints. It means jack shit. It's the Academy awards for D.C. Elite assholes and hardly secretive. That's like saying that because a guy who owns a hardware store and a local reporter are both part of a Rotary club, they have some cooperative agenda. And the CFR is hardly a secret society.
