he was alive for 14 years after that movie was made. he had plenty of time to comment and defend himself. he was just too damn ignorant. i've seen interviews of him since the movie. he was still a damn fool, so he didn't help himself.

why is ike being scorn about a movie said what he done. he did beat turner and thats no good. That doesn't negate the facts of his genius in the music field. Another thing there always two sides of a story. Once a law student you never come to conclusion on one side of the story. Hollywood had a way to demise a person. Now Ike is dead he doesn't have his say. Example Patty Lebelle said in her book that she was rape by Jackie Wilson but Jackie is dead . Jackie cannot comment about that situation

are u seriously commenting on something i posted a year ago?! u can check both my age and my race on my youtube profile, genius. u don't have to speculate about anything. i know all about the origins of rock. i just don't care for ike turner (a crackhead woman-beater) so i made up all that shit about the beatles inventing rock and roll. i was a bored 19 year old with no job last summer. go figure.

ike is a good performer but he isn't a good person. he beat up his wife,and was cheating on her and countroled her. tina was better off with out him. even though she left him it was't soon enough. i love tina and i love the movie about her " what's love got to do with it"

rock and roll came from america not england. the beatles got their music from people like little richard, bo diddly and from every black singer who went to europe. and ike made the first rock and roll song rocket 88. before beatles were thought of. you must be from the young generation to make a statement like that. rock and roll started about 1950 and the beatles around 1962 and came to america round about 1964

right, the low down dirty dog stole from her, beat her and tried to kill her on many occasions. yeah, he was a blessing alright. he was a drug addicted ass with a habit of screwing everything that came alogne. she is a star and was always the star. and she wrote most of the songs after she started up with him.
