well i gotta tell you mary poppins, i am saying this movie is historically inaccurate based on what is today known as HISTORY, do you know what history is? in a time where photography and this stuff wasn't around yet, HISTORY was written by people, people who could have easily lied, and no one 500 years later would have known. so based what we have tedey as HISTORY in our hands, i say this movie is HISTORICALLY INACCURATE.

For a start, you cannot say it is historically inaccurate as you were not there. And myself and the producers are going off what has been written and passed on through time. secondly, that is your opinion whether i have bad taste in film or not, and the reading of some bad reviews will not change that. lol, Mary Poppins, original! can i call you Borat then, he comes from one of them middle eastern countries doesn't he!

and i forgot, i think you have awful taste in film, and i think im not alone in saying that. just read some REAL MOVIE CRITIC reviews for this movie, not IMDB reviews, and not youtube bullshit, and then come and say this was a GREAT movie. liking the movie is something (although i would question your intelligence if you did), but calling it crazy is something CRAZY; are you taking any mickey rooney's crazy pills by any chance, mary poppins?

about the history part, i think you are enourmosly wrong. this movie is as historicaly accurate as my ass. and about the race part dude, persia is not a country today, it was an ancient country covering 99% of middle-east in ancient times, with its capital and mainland being in today iran. i am persian by race and i was born and raised in canada, mary poppins!

I do read the history books and i know that the Persians were withheld by the Spartans when the Spartans were vastly outnumbered, and the only way they finished them off was by javelins and arrows etc. THE COWARDS! But anyway, this is a GREAT movie about a true event and only because it's your country that is being beaten doesn't mean that you have to cry about it. Btw you're obviously embarrased to be Persian seeing as how you consider yourself Canadian in your YouTube channel.

do you leave in greece, you mary poppins? oh, wait, your afternoon tea is getting cold! if xerxes had got greece, there wouldn't be much defference in the world, cause all empires rise and fall, just like greeks did and romans got there like some hundred years later. instead of wasting your time reading people's comments on youtube that don't concern you (you are not persian, or greek, and you're not a producer of the movie, so yeah) go read some history books.
