I am a woman of color and we pretty much have full lips naturally. I wouldn't say it makes my lips fuller/bigger. If you have tiny lips forget about these types of "LIP PLUMPING" products and consider other means. I have tried this product, lip venom, & plump potion (by: physchians formula), & they all pretty much gave me the same results (smooth without lines, & shiny lips). But hands down this one is the best as far as not having to reapply every single day to achieve the "smoothness".

all the girls lips look the same even with it on...LOL but i know avon's lip plumper def works cos im proof ive taken before and after pictures of myself and even tho its a slight diff...its actually a big diff in the end ...LOL
