I hope you love Zillow for its entertainment value. To use it for pricing or buying your home would be a HUGE mistake. I use a site with Zestimates on it, everyday, right next to my MLS access, for my own personal investments. Zillow is usually off by tens, if not hundreds of thousands, as it cannot distinguish important details that greatly affect a home's value.

This guy is full of shit. I love zillow. According to alexa, the two are quite quickly converging on each other. We'll see what he has to say in 6 months. I can honor valid arguments, but not pure ignorance...
