He could be, but isn't necessarily black. Scientists such as Terry Garcia (National Geographic's executive vice president) wrote in response to some protesters of NG's Tutankhamun reconstruction: "The big variable is skin tone. North Africans, we know today, had a range of skin tones, from light to dark (...) We will never know for sure what {Tutankhamun's] exact skin tone was or the colour of his eyes with 100% certainty. (...) Maybe in the future, people will come with a different conclusion".

Why would Diodorus & Herodutus write scholarly works on how the Ancient people were no different that their neighbors- the Ethiopians? The whole Egyptians are not this or that only came about when Carter went and raided tombs. That was also during a time of great oppression to many Black peoples from Africa, to Australia, to the Americas. Put 2 and 2 together and stop assuming. In 100 years, you people will be saying the Chinese were blonde and blue eyed I suggest you go read up on your history

here's a clue, they NEVER show the original because it's too dam priceless, this is in FACT just a replica. Originals are always kept in vaults; La Geconde (Mona Lisa) is also a replica. My Uncle works at the Louvre in Paris.
