Be careful, I used to let mine outdoors all the time. Once she was in her cage outdoors (I was cleaning inside so I didnt turn her all the way loose) and I hear some screaming. A sharp shinned hawk was reaching inside her cage and she was trying to bite the hawk. Had she been loose it would have gotten her....no more time outside loose for mine.

How adorable!I've never seen a smaller bird talking before, though I knew someone with a pet jackdaw that used to shout "gees me kisses" as you as you walked down the road. XD

That's quite surprising, actually. I never imagined starlings to be talkative, but they are very apt at copying other sounds.Nice little display there =)
