This song makes me think of people and things that i miss, my mum died 26th mars 2006, but I don't think of the sad things, i only think of the good times i spent with her, which makes me happy and relaxed. Me like many other else probably think like this when they hear this song. I can only say thanks to the one who made it, I love it.

Tarantino is uniquely gifted at making movies too. as weird as they may get, they are still quasi-master pieces in a certain aspect. and you're right, tarantino always finds the right music. my dad and i were talking the other day about how tarantino never uses that crappy popular commercialized music that you hear on the radio all the time; it's always a song you never heard until tarantino gets a hold of the music. he's definitely a genius.

By the way, the song is composed by James Last not Gheorghe Zamfir. Zamfir is the guy who plays the pan pipe.

When I listen to this song I do hear sorrow. Also, I hear something uplifting and heroic at the same time. Like the sorrow isn't for naught. That even from such despair great things can come.

Those are my favorite movies by Tarantino. I buy into every single aspect of the story every single time!
