actually I dont think the majority of germans were catholics. I thought he said that if there was a religion he would worship it would be catholicism.But...you might right also. Kind of like Bush... good one:D

Hitler wasn't an atheist, but an asatru. He sought to revive the old germanic/nordic pagan beliefs once more pressing issues such as Wehrmacht and holocaust were taken care of. Whether or not his practice were regarded orthodox by other pagans is irrelevant to the fact that he was NOT an atheist.And Hitler didn't believe in evolution, but a rather clumsy and pseudoscientific misinterpretation of evolution called eugenics.

Thanks. I always thought that Hitler was just another psychotic, fundamentalist christian. But, if he really was an occultist atheist, why the persecution of the jews? Being an atheist, i do not believe in religion, but i don't have any problem with anyone else believing, as long as they don't try to push it on me. As for Bush, he's just an idiot, and he was elected by idiots. The sooner as we can get the republicans out of office, the better.

Hitler was an occultist atheist who believed in evolution a little too much. A man who thought other races were genetically inferior.Just because Hitler talked a good game about being a Christian doesn't mean he was one. Remember, the majority of Germany at the time were Catholics. Want to win the favor of the masses? Pretends to practice their religion.Kind of like Bush.
