Slavic dialects... Do you have an idea of the nonsense you are saying? They both derive (just like Polish, Bulgarian, Slovenian, Slovakian, Serbian, etc.) from an old language called Slavonic. If that's what's you're referring to, it's a dead language that originated several languages that are spoken today, languages in their full extent. Just like Latin originated Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French and Romanian. Or are you going to say those aren't languages either?
