haha, but the funny thing is 1) that if you're a religious enough jew that you're wearing a yamulke, you wouldn't be carrying out your livelihood on Shabbat, which would include doing an interview of Borat and 2) Sacha Baron Cohen, in real life, is such a religious jew that he refused to shoot the Borat film on Shabbat, over the objections of the studio, so i'm betting this interview didn't take place on shabbat

well considering that borat is a very religious jew in real life makes a difference and as jews we meet ignorant and anti-jewish people all the time, you'd be surprised, so i cheer on sacha baron cohen for bringing the rediculous of anti-semitism to the limelight
