She tried that, unfortunately, the DOJ requested that the court designate all the information relating to her a state secret. If she speaks specifically about the facts, she WILL go to jail. That is why she need Congress to have hearings. Only hearings will allow her to speak, without being jailed. Whistleblower is ineffective. Nice thought though.
