I meant, if there is a flawed framework, deconstruction is inevitable. If the framework keeps on going and surviving testing, then keep it. I too can meditate relly well without getting distracted. Now, finally, these results are crossing over to other parts of my life.

Only interpretations (as in conceptual frameworks and metaphysics) can be decosntructed, but repeatable experiences cannot. Therefore, one must have a valid framework. If one doesn't have that framework, then there is nothing to deconstruct, and the experience will be forgotten conceptually, which is actually bad.

good god. sniff sniff, glassy eyes, sunglasses indoors...not to hate on the guy, but where the hell is he going with this? "here's all this shit to worry about, but don't worry, cuz i'm so enlightened i can convince you that you are, too." seems like he had some sort of "awakening" and instead of deconstructing it, he reinforced it. toss in some buddhist rhetoric with them ideas to make 'em as concrete as possible, bottle it and sell it. the way to the heart is through the head.
