human's perception is still the best pvp racial in the game, and NE shadowmeld is also incredible in certain pvp situations

Actually Horde racials are very good for pve. For instance, on my orc shaman, if I'm fighting a tough enemy I pop Bloodfury for a big AP increase. On my troll if my hp is low I pop on berserking for an attack speed increase. My tauren druid can war stomp to get a chance to heal himself, my undeads can break free of sleep fear and mind control. Also orcs have an axe increase, which helps since my orc uses axes. my trolls a hunter so the bow increase helps, and the extra stamina helps druid tanks.
