They were huge out of the park when the music business was really big and profitable in the '70's (unlike today). So, they can afford to take a stand on principle and they don't need the business. How about that! Some things are not for sale.

Interesting charge since I run a small business. Perhaps some people think there are more pressing issues than making a quick dollar. Especially if you've already sold millions of albums like Heart has.

Sarah certainly won't be of any benefit to the Woman's world! She agrees with the Ledbetter decision, she opposes a Women's Rights, she wishes to see the Supreme Court loaded with the worst sort of Right Wing Federalist Society extremists.I ask you to please carefully consider what these Candidates are saying, the real issues which confront us as a Nation, and remember that this is the most important election in our Country's history!

I think it's asinine considering the free exposure and publicity it is generating for them. What other way could they hope for this type of free advertising. This is a marketing gift. you must not understand business, or you must be a democrat, or both.

Wow, Heart takes issue with the McCain campaign using their song to assist in promoting their agenda that these artists strongly oppose. How incredibly off the wall is that?Is it really extreme to take that action or is it merely refusing to allow one of their songs to be used to help promote an extremist agenda?

It really irks me when musicians intermix their political views with music. Music is such a relaxing outlet for me, but when it is combined with politics, it just makes me want to turn it OFF! No matter what party the artist leans toward. I have my mind and in no way will my admiration of ANY artist sway me to change my political preferences or beliefs!

Heart will allow their song to be used for a mini van commerical but disapproves the song being played at a convention? Wow, I love Heart and always will but I think this is a little extreme.
