this is so wrong on so many levels, pretty much random company shows wii-mote capabilities with a concept already explored by microsoft ? so much for a project, this would be an excellent garage proof of concept or do-it yourself hack, at best.

Any chance you can give a closer look or better explanation of the gloves.You said they emit IR.But are they just reflecting from an IR source e.g. next to the TV?Or do they have IR LED's and a battery back?Thanks

Nice, but you need to code it to be way less elastic. For example, your dragging a piece of a photo: When a drag is initiated it should instantly follow the cursor with no friction. Your programmer forgot to turn off friction during that drag!
