I'm about to take my first trip to Ireland. I think I'll do a lot of listening and leave the slang and the Irish language to those who know it. :)

Im from Newfoundland, aka - mini Ireland. Our accents and language are almost identical to Ireland. We have our own slag here too, some examples are:Rotted: "im rotted!" or "It Rots me!" Means it makes you Angry, aggravated, stressed out, etc.Deadly: Same as what you use.Where were you to?: Where were you? What are ya at?: what are you doingThe Arse is out of 'er: which means something fell apart or something went to hell.
