Ha who said it was above people? Being from Brooklyn, people standing in the middle of the street is a very uncommon sight, which can lead to being struck by a vehicle. While I will admit to being ignorant of the fact of this street, there is a large difference between ignorance and stupidity. In any case I was joking...so you might want to get your head out of your ass, and wipe your mouth. In unrelated news I think the free hugs are a very nice idea =)
