learn the style before completely butchering it... at least a good quartet sings in tune unlike this.

can some one say vibrato?

They could be good... If they had heard of a little thing called dynamics and not singing over each other. In barbershop the bass and lead should be the loudest and the other two parts should be somewhat backgroud, but all of them were just singing WAY too loud and doing a poor job of it. This is a great song and I hate hearing it butchered

Furthermore, I want to punch that "baritone" right square in his lack of intonation. I was in a quartet that took this and "Prayer of the Children" to State in Iowa, and nothing is more difficult than to sing this particular arrangement with a baritone like this. Just listen to the "return again..." w/ B1+B2 @ 35 sec. It's a simple three-note progression, but the guy goes sharp on note #2 and flat on note #3. How does he not know that he is doing this? Yuck.

They could be 10x better if they just STOPPED TRYING TO OUT-SING EACH OTHER!! It makes it so much easier to sing in tune, coordinate the sound, dynamics, etc. when you actually LISTEN TO YOUR COLLEAGUES. And WTH is so funny? Oh, I see, it's a Faculty Encore: probably a mostly-impromptu performance. Well that makes sense, but they really ought to know how to BLEND.And these guys have degrees or something?Makes me wish I was the one teaching the freaking camp.
