Well that is great if you can take the time off from work or school, but I live a demanding life. Also I'm not really looking to pump a lot into my body to stimulate energy. I am mostly seeking a boost for times that I don't have the luxury of taking time off. But I do agree with you.

That's the wrong thing to do! If you're sick, just rest and let your body recover. When the sickness is gone, your energy comes back. Your energy depends on how strong your body is, not how much substance you try to pump into your body, which may not want to accept it.

Thanks for the advice, yes I know that even if we do increase our energy we are still sick but it does help to boost your energy anyway while sick :)

When you catch a flu, you won't have energy of course. It's just cause and effect. When you boost your energy, it does not mean the flu will go away. Chances are it won't. If you want to prevent catching the flu, please see my videos "Flu" and "cough".

I live in Maine in the United States and I'm not sure if it's the horrible horrible weather we get but people here are sick all the time, Maine is like one long sore throat/flu all the time. So I'm always on the look out for new herbal and natural treatments for low energy and being constantly sick. I hope to move after I graduate becuase I'm sick of being sick all the time.
