The basics of EFT are easy and for my complex stuff such as traumas, abuse, phobias, anger issues etc. its good to work with an experienced EFT Practition. In Melbourne Australia see Tap4Health EFT Practice.

awesome stuff. I love it. Now to get what i want in my life i just need to feel like i have it already and truely believe it and to remove the feelings and emotions i don't want i just use EFT. It's the perfect combination. Thank you Gary.

OK, Ive had a lot a lot of issues and have tried a huge range of healing aids, drugs, therapy, sedona method, hypnosis, exercise, reframing, NLP, etc. etc. EFT is the answer, it works! It is crazy how different you feel after a quick session, this is my key to happiness and I'm so glad I tried it, this guy is not a scam artist, if you want to knock it, just try it first.

Hi Gary! Until 2001, I have had a Chronic Phobia of speaking English to native English speakers. Then I found EFT. And... I just won a public impromptu speech for the whole State of Hawaii!!!!
