if you mean the bass line with a treble line consisting of rapidly repeated notes to create the illusion of one long note, that's the "tremolo" (in flamenco and classical guitar).

There is a good tarrega tab book arranged by Paul Henry (J Greninger's version of Recuerdos is better). Anyway, it it a good book - but I hope you know standard notation too - there are some mistakes and notes I had to fill in myself.
