This is misleading. We can make videos to create a totally different image. But as a person living in Sri Lanka I know the real situation. Every one needs to wipeout this brutal terrorism from the island. That is why majority has given the power to the government in the election. Terrorism is the major problem in Sri Lanka. When we get rid of it Sinhalese, Tamils and Muslims will live here peacefully. Do you think that we should allow terrorist to destroy our beautiful island.

Rajaraja invaded Sri Lanka in 993 CE.Rajaraja's powerful army crossed the ocean by ships and burnt up the kingdom of Lanka. Mahinda V was the king of Sinhalas. Mahinda had to seek refuge in the southern region of Rohana. Rajaraja utilised this opportunity and invaded the island. Chola armies occupied the northern half of Lanka and named the dominion 'Mummudi Chola Mandalam'.

War is a business. By the way they should keep religion far away from the politics then there will be a some chance for peace!. You kill each other there won't be any inventers, Scientist etc. keep borrowing from other countries. I do not call it my Country anymore. Think for yourself don't let others think for you or manipulate you. PEACE is only so far away!!!.

I can't speak for others because they already have their own mind set. Tamils and Sinhalese needs each other to develope Sri lanka. So they can get out of a major dept that they are in. Eventually and if not already Sri lanka became Worlds property. The hope is in the Younger generation of both Tamils and Sinhalese to have peace. Older generations are more barbaric in their idiologic views and ways.

Hope the whole world will see the cowardly acts done by the 'brave' ltte. Read their comments about us Sinhalese and u'll see the racism in their language. callin us racist! When ltte cannot defeat the army, they kill innocent sinhalese saying that the army kills their civilians. There may be casualties in any war, but the SL army never target Tamil civilians, what does the ltte do, kil Sinhalese civilians by targeting the innocent office workers every day. Intl community.
