Its an excellent piece being a chamber musician myself, I have to say the Ravel String Quartet in F major is my favorite quartet, the 1st movement is my favorite but the 2nd and 5th are also favorites of mine. The viola part is great especially when Ravel gives the melody to the viola as a solo or as a duet with the 1st violin. Personally i like the beginning in a faster tempo to establish the moving line right away rather than finding the tempo later on. Otherwise this group is fantastic.

Officially my favorite movement from any quartet ever. It's such a complex piece, at times I can't even believe that only four instruments are playing. And this is an excellent performance of this excellent piece.
