i got f'ed up on this soo many times that after every strider. i turn off AI so i can kill them easily.i just have to turn on the ai for the last battle for the achievment XD

Another easier way to kill the hunters is simply run over them with your car. But you have to speed up to kill em'.

You just have to let the first strider get really close, and then kill the second one. By far the hardest, I know, but it's just a lucky shot: M device, pistol, boom baby boom.

Yeah, I'm on my way to trying this, but I FINALLY got that Little Rocket Man achivement! Idk why I said finally, as it is currently only my second time playing this game, lol.
