Repeal ... Our security and safety depend on it.

The "crime" went away because the "crime" was no longer a "crime." If the killing of endangered species was all of a sudden made legal it wouldn't be a crime anymore would it? No, because it is no longer against the law.

Explain to us how the Alcohol Prohibition didn't work and why ALL organized crime in the moonshine business disappeared when the Alcohol Prohibition ended. Please tell away. Like they say, laws are meant to be broken.

It's not judgement. It's an observation. There are ALOT of stupid people in this world. Anyone with access to the world outside of their home can see that. Not everyone is using drugs. I'm not 100% sure legalization would make drug use more responsible. Who would regulate it? The government that can barely keep a fucking handle on things now? Explain to me how it would do that. There would still be drug dealing, it just wouldn't be illegal. In this world you can never be sure of anything.

Who are you to judge your fellow man like you do? The idea here is that everyone is already using drugs, legalizing would make responsible use of drugs more viable. It would be regulated, so you know what you are getting. In the black market of drugs, you can never be sure of anything. Legalize, and end this black market, and all bad things that come with it.

I beleive most of the people in this country aren't even responsible enough for drugs to be legalized.
