In krav maga, almost every part of your body can be used as a weapon. You feet, leg, knee, head, elbows, palms, etc. If you want to know how to fully defend yourself, this is the way to go. Krav is the real deal.

And, It can save you in a fight, if someone tries to bash your face in, or is drunk and has a gun. Or what if they are strong, and bigger than you? what If they want to pull you into a van and take you as a hostage? Just by reacting, you'll scare the crap out of them. And being able to kick them in the groin is usually enough to make them fall down.

I take this, and it is the most effective self-defense system I've ever seen. Every thing in here you can use that will one day save your life if you get mugged. This is easy to learn, and hard to forget! This is a demo video, so it's not supposed to look 100% real. It's demonstrating the moves.

Interesting video, I've not long started Krav Maga and I recognise many of these moves. This is just a demo video, not a Hollywood blockbuster so if you guys aren't impressed your missing the point, Krav Maga is simple moves you can use when your brain is in overdrive, because some guys waving a gun or knife in your face.

Lol no m8 um its a milatary martial art so its been proven to work by the isralei cammando´s and that class may not have a good teacher or sumet so =s

they are just practising specific short techniques. they do train for longer more realistic fights. But also keep in mind that this is a self defense system. So since its main purpose is survival, often you only need to do a couple moves to neutralize the opponent and then escape from the fight
