No, he's dead. Go back and watch the last two episodes. Jet goes out looking for Spike and comes across his Native American guide. The guide tells Jet that "all people have stars...when that person dies, his star falls. His star is about to fall." Then watch the credits, at the end of them you see a star flicker out. So yeah...he's dead, sorry.
