ceciliamaddy dude i totally know its hard to think of your sister or brother going through this. When i went through all this it was scary and exciting and sad for me, now when i look at my sister whose 12 and turning 13 its hard for me to imagine her feel,do,talk, n know about all the shit you did in that age and how seductive it is to be soo wild.

well the two main actors in this movie werent actually 13. well Evan Rachel Wood (Tracy) turned 15 during the shooting and Nikki Reed (Evie) was 14.

Crackateer39, you should be glad. I grew up next to girls who lived and looked like this when they were 12. And they keep it on - the only bad thing is the 'Evie' of my friends looked like she was 30 when she was actually 15 which should be a good warning to everybody who would like to be instead of Tracy & Evie. Maybe my friends are amazingly ruined, but life like this is very common around here. Girls mature insanely early and that gives a lot of opportunities the others don't get.

the only thing i hate about this movie is that i NEVER see 13 year olds who look like this and act like this!!
