If you got nothing positive to talk about, I'd rather you to keep it to yourself since it won't solve problems. In response to the whole thing about people coming down there to just commit crimes, you should not generalized everyone because thousands and thousands of volunteers even from elementary schools volunteered because they know what a wonderful place "Nawlins" is! Without those people who came down in their free will,they'll be less people going back to their homes.
