Try searching '69 police' in iTunes. This is what I did. David Holmes album 'Bow Down to the Exit Sign' will be the album that appears (its a partial album, and incite a riot is in the music list.

I looked that song up on iTunes and couldn't find it. I thought this song was called "69 Police" as per the title.They have the Oceans 12 soundtrack up on iTunes, but not the Oceans 11 soundtrack. Very odd.
