I think, some imitation cannot be avoided in the process of creation. You must to have some basis, some experience. It's very hard to attain your own feature in any field of art. Years of work defore you will be able to imitate well. Only few are chosen to be real innovators.In any way, Interpol is a great band.

Yes me, I am obsessed with them. Strange because I never am that fussed about bands but I cant get enough of these. I never buy albums either but I bought Antics too! They just have such a great sound to them with being depressing (like Coldplay & Radiohead).
