Roulette board for a pachinko slot...or simulating one at least. Seems real to me.

It's like a pachinko machine. Often with pachinko slots, there is a roulette type video going in the background. Most of the time it misses, but when two of the images/numbers/icons match up, it goes into this dramatic spin where you bet on luck to get the third match. Wish I found a machine that had this on it when I was out in Japan. I never win at pachinko, however.
