I can't beleive that this is happening....per his daughter, none of the evidence points or pointed to him. Are you listening to the information.

"So for those saying that you don't want to spend your money on inmates, maybe you should re-think your position."The only reason that is true is because of your lengthy appeals process. Make things more streamlined and the cost will really come down.In Britain, where I come from, you went into the Condemned Cell for three weeks, you had your one and only appeal, and if that failed, you were hanged three weeks later. The cost was a minimum, and the case was forgotten about.

From what I understand (and not that much about Alabama) is that he only get ELECTROCUTION if he requests it. I never read ANYTHING that said he chose electrocution. But the death penalty should only be put up when your 100% guilty and plus things can go wrong. The machine that administers the injections could malfunction and prevent the execution.

Amnesty International has some interesting facts regarding the cost of death penalty. Looks like death penalty is a lot more expensive than keeping them for life in jail. So for those saying that you don't want to spend your money on inmates, maybe you should re-think your position.

I wrote to Gov. Bob Riley today regarding this. I can't believe this is happening in this country. That man has a right to a Habeas Corpus review.

Psycho....and when did being killed become "eye for an eye" for molestation, wouldn't the molester just get molested too? |
