The best way would be to say, "I don't want to waste anymore of your time pretending to be happy in this relationship when I'm not happy at all." If you can't be that direct, you can kinda wuss out a bit (we've all done it) and say you need time apart and over the course of several awkwardly torturous months, things will disintegrate.If you wanna talk about it more, message me.
