Everybody on Gospel chops uses 1 foot....and A lot of drummers from the Gospel/Jazz/R&B background comes from playing with one pedal and Thomas and Tony Royster are great example but if you want crazy single foot stuff check out their friend Aaron Spears. JoJo Mayer's Foot technique is brutal too :)
