Dear turcoboshnak; your following comment makes you sound like a academician.2 thumbs up!The nations the Ottomans ruled, except the muslim ones of course, do not like Turks because they were ruled by Turks for about 600 years.And the Germans and the French may not like Turks because Turkey as a former empire that ruled 3 continents had a culture in some ways superior to theirs, and they know this. Ottomans (20+ ethnic groups) never treated people they ruled the like the west did their colonies.

why do we talk down to each other,when really we should be embracing and enjoying the music as it is given to us freely..we are not in a time were we should be degrading each other we should respect each other regardless of our skin color or were we are from...let us pray for peace on this earth...peace to you all...my brothers & sisters...and besides we should only be commenting on the song and the individual who took the time to created the video...

You may find it in Syria ,Lebanon,Israel,Egypttill Tangier / Africa , practically in all Ottoman Empire territories .

The answer is very simple. The nations the Ottomans ruled, except the muslim ones of course, do not like Turks because they were ruled by Turks for about 600 years. Think about it 600 years, it must have felt like eternity. And the Germans and the French may not like Turks because Turkey as a former empire that ruled 3 continents had a culture in some ways superior to theirs, and they know this.
