You're right on most of that apart from "Pein disguising as the the 4th" Cos this is only a fanmade manga. Which I wrote several times on the description! And in the video!

WRONG!! WRONG!! WRONG!! EVERYBODY IS WRONG!!!!!! First of all, the real Akatsuki leader is Madara Uchiha otherwise known as Tobi he is also Sasuke's and Itachi's grandfather. Secondly, that is not the 4th Hokage, that is Pein in disguise as him to fool Naruto and Kakashi. Finally, I know this because it is later shown Tobi giving orders to Pein. Pein is only mistaken for the leader because he is a decoy for the leader, A.K.A. Tobi or Madara nobody knows who the real leader is except for Pein.
