Supposedly kipping is used because it results in the same body mass being moved through the same range of motion. I think the bottom line is that it's used if you can't do pull ups on your own. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that just stop bullshiting.

thats how u fuckin ruin urself u gte bone problems and everything swinging around like a monkey doing chin ups u supposed to keep ur body straight in them not use ur body to get momentom for a chin up and whiping those weights up in the air.. i hope u guys screw up and fuck urself and then u cant do this no more

Good job on thrusters and clearly in great shape. I would not count a number of the pull ups though. The chin is not above the bar. Slow down and get value out of them instead trying to post fancy times.
