Sorry if I get this wrong but text is never good to transport irony....Yes the site actually exists what could be tracked back to some serious copy-right-infringement but nobody ever has actually made it past his lawyers what ended up in just everybody giving up and just go to his site so that they unknowingly they support him after all.... He steals funny sites, and videos from other peoples non-profit sites, and changes the watermarks, or covers them up. Then he puts them up on his website and makes money for himself. That is theft, and copyright infringement. That's why people hate him.

That's because it's not intended to be a music video, it's simply a music player, but since Youtube is a video site, they needed an image to make it elligible.
