"hebrews take back there land..."it's not exactly the land of Hebrews. They abandoned it for Egypt...then got themselves enslaved for hundreds of years. They effectively gave up their rights to the land when they left.Cannaites had lived in the land for centuries, cultivating the land and building cities.They got wiped out cuz they didn't follow the God of the Hebrews... =(

Mankind domesticating animals and plants can be 'playing God' (selecting the largest corn or the meatiest sheep to breed)- cuz they affected the natural course of nature.
