Personally, I like this, not because it is simple, but because Steve Reich should be renamed Dr Mind Fuck. Listen to this and after a while it dissolves into percussion made by the consonants. And then when it phase shifts it's hard to tell whether it's actually doing anything, or whether your mind is doing the shifting. It's very hypnotic.

Unfortunelly this video does not make justice to the choreography of De Keersmaeker because it is edited. I saw this performance live and it is simply AMAZING. The dance "phases" according with Reich's music. But at least here you have an idea how it goes. For me, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker is one of my best coreographers and her company Rosas always does amazing works! Thanks for posting this video anyways!

I had to check this out because I couldn't IMAGINE anyone setting a dance to this piece... but it actually worked! I was impressed. It's such an intense dance- the film and the huffing sounds added to the intensity of the piece. Thanks!

I read 'retards twitching', and then played the video again, and it makes it so much more hilarious.Seriously though, if you can't think of any point of this, just consider how sanely normal everything else will seem afterwards. If you had ever imagined that there would be '10 minutes of crap' on youtube, this video at least serves to affirm said existence. How else would you know what wasn't crap?
