I love at 2:11 where he leans back, takes a breath, and delves down into this deep note, and peppers it with harmonics on top. I keep rewinding and watching it over again.

I can kind of do it!! I don't think I'll ever be as incredible or soulful as that guy, but it's not that hard to get some soft overtones.

I saw them - Altai Kai - twice in Moscow in White Clouds.It was a pure magic! There's no words to describe my feelings, when they had played their music live.

also in addition, Tuva is just as much a part of Russia as is the Altai Republic. They are both in the Russian Federation, so how can one be more Russian than the other. Also, are you saying that the Russian style of playing accordion is superior to Siberian styles? |
