beckydedior, you can never be immune to true beauty. I know this is not the original version, however if you are a hopeless romantic, like me, then we both have fallen helplessly ill to Grant's and Kerr's magic. I too, have watched this a kazillion times and can never get tired of it. So, get your kleenex ready because we're both going for another round very soon!Yes, the grandmother's scene is my favorite of all. It makes you wonder if such a place really does exist somewhere out there :)

I completely agree, the scenes with Grant's grandmother in France seem so timeless and I Always think of that. It was like heaven, I wish they would've tie that back in in the end of the movie. But the cloths sent to Deborah kinda do.

This is a poignantly and movingly lovely movie. It has humor and passion. The scenes where they visit Cary Grant's grandmother in France remain indelible in my mind. Everything was beautiful, starting with that exquisite scenery and the songs and the dialogue. It could not have been more perfect.

This movie is one of my favourites. Every time I watch it I cannot stop crying, and this is getting ridiculous because I have seen it. not less then 20 time. I should be immune to it!I love it; Deborah Kerr is wonderful and so is Cary Grant. It is a beautiful love story.
