Victor Wooten hands down is the best funky fluid bass player.Bela approaches the banjo like a guitarist,and Victor and his brother invented that drum apparatus.I met Victor once in Anchorage,AK and he's a very smart and down to earth fellow!!!

that's not an electric bass drum pedal ... it's a single chain dw pedal with the beater angled down. i can't see what series it's from though. some drummers do this if they want to have a bass pedal if they are playing on practice pads.

but its not attached to anything (there are no wires) I mean i know theres bass in the song but they did that just for show in the video.
