I think it's important to point out that only in America is that look considered emo. In Europe, dudes have been sporting form fitting clothes and shag haircuts for the last half a century. In Sweden, which is where Refused is from, they just look like ordinary rockers. It's quite sad that a lot of kids these days actually have no idea who Refused is.
