everyone was watching this when they're 9. I was, all my friends were. R rated movies like this and all the jason, and freddy movies are or were watched mostly by children. the 17 and older is just a rating. doesnt stop nor should it stop kids from watching this stuff. face it, this apeals more to kids than any adult. learn to properly speak english and correctly reply to someone (its the little blue word that says reply next to the comment) its not hard.
