The Borg don't age and sooner or later the cubes would have adapted to anything the Federation could throw at them. They're patient :PAs for Voyager, blame the writers. :P

ever wonder why the borg, in their infinite wisdom, didn't send ten cubes to do the job after the first beating? why did the borg queen stretch it out for years, ultimately tapdancing with janeway and getting her ass handed to her in voyager's final episode?

If you have forgotten... In one episode of ST Voyager, Q specifically says,"Don't provoke the Borg!" to his son.

Someone asked why the borg havent just sent millions of cubes to control earth. YOu forget the borg seem themself as perfection. They think they dont need to send more then one because they are always adapting and are perfect they dont need more then one. I think their were more cubes in certain systems becauses they were conquering planets at the same time or passing by
