wow. actually i'm a beginner to latin e.g. cha cha, samba. i try to know more about othertypes of dance like this one, and merengu , salsa... what are the difference and origin of them? besides, i find lindy hop is more like a vigorous sport than dance, how can people complete a whole song like 3 mins?

Fantastic!! Awesome!! They're all the bomb!! I think I'll lose about 20 lbs. and maybe go back about 20 yrs in my life and do this too. Yeah ... right !!I luv it and while I'm watching it, my shoulders are constantly on the move.
