okay i had that phone and i only had a couple problems with it like i couldnt change the camera noise so i was stuck with some ugly noise, and its like extremely delicate too, i dropped it one on a wood floor and it broke,so now i have a different phone, but other than those two things i loved it:]

if u already have a plan and just dont want to renew it get a used or refurbished one on line but if u dont have a carrier at all then no i dont see how to avoid the contract |
